I <3 the 90s Council Tonight - 9/20

We will have council at 10pm tonight in the Sid Commons. There will be yummy food and badass people. The theme is "I <3 the 90s" Council (think baggy clothes, flannel, and bad music).
I have several discussion topics that I look forward to getting your opinions on.
The agenda is:
-How to improve the Council format
-The possibility of a Southside TG
-How to spend H&D's $$
-The usual announcements
