A reminder to Will Belligerinski and the rest of Sid: belligerence and destruction to our college result in fines, plus our custodians shouldn’t have to clean up beer and/or bodily fluids every morning. Also, if Rob gets sticky feet, he will hunt you down.

Sid elections are coming up for: floor reps, 2 OC reps, 2 freshman reps, and freshman justice. Find petitions today (Wednesday) by Kelly’s office and return them by 5 pm on Friday. Vote or die Tuesday and Wednesday next week.

Sid is doing a Rice-themed orc raid this Friday, in conjunction with the first TG of the year. And by the way…Rice’s first football game is Friday night.

Sid Retreat is coming up September 5 and 6! We have cabins at Lake Conroe so look for signup sheets soon. Camp fires, music, water, volleyball, planning cool things for Sid, and general bonding will all be taking place.

Ever wanted to learn how to pour beer? The Wellness Center has offered to come to Sid on September 10th and provide alcohol server training. Do it for Sid…apparently it’s just like taking off a band-aid.

Jenny (and Kurt) will beat your ass if you don’t get your shit out of the Big Room by September 12th. And if not, your stain-filled couch will be sold for 30 cents at the Sid Auction on September 16th after council.

Sara Slabisak, Casey Langwith, and Gary Johnson, the Sid head fellows, are hosting a study break next Wednesday at 10. So come learn about the fellows program, and if you’re lucky, you might catch Gary handcuffed outside Sara’s door.
